Xavier Serrano was born on June 9, 1993, in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, a suburb of Barcelona, Spain. Raised as an only child, he developed an early interest in athletics, particularly sprinting. In 2017, he revealed that he was studying economics at a university in Barcelona.
